Crystals I use to cure my insomnia

Since I can remember I have had trouble sleeping. When I was a young girl I would wake up in the middle of the night and watch the Disney Channel until I fell asleep again. I would stay up late at night during school nights and struggle to wake up the next morning. My boyfriend has a habit of going to bed early because he wakes up around 5:30 am every day. He has programmed his body to sleep throughout the night and wake up early refreshed and ready to start the day. I am envious about it because it takes me 3-5 hours after he has gone to bed for me to fall asleep. I found the perfect sleepy bedtime routine for me and found the best crystals to stash inside my pillowcase to make sure of it. 

I use 5 crystals that are stashed away inside my pillowcase and two crystals above my head on my bedframe. In a small bag, I have inside an amethyst, a moonstone, Angelite, Blue Lace Agate, and Sodalite. I use each crystal for a different reason. Amethyst is to calm my overactive mind at night and promote a restful night's sleep. Angelite creates a deep feeling of peace and tranquility. Moonstone encourages lucid dreaming. For some sleeping with a Moonstone prevent sleepwalking. Blue Lace Agate helps counteracts mental stress. Sodalite opens the spiritual connection, welcoming new information from the higher mind to the physical mind. Above my head on my bed frame, i have two Black Tourmaline to keep away any ill-wishing, physic attacks, and negative energy throught the night.

I choose to sleep with them every night to encourage a restful night's sleep. I cleanse the crystals once a week, Some nights I will meditate before bed with other stones, including the ones I just listed. I have found a positive outcome with my nighttime routine that works great for me. I get to go to sleep through the night and wake up early enough to enjoy a long peaceful and productive morning.
