Divine Beauty Crystal Shop has answered a few important questions you may have. I like to be honest and transparent with my customers. If you have any questions that I did not answer here and would like answer email us or contact us via Instagram and I will try my best to respond as soon possible. 

 

Shop's Policy:

Shipping Policy:  We are based out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Due to Covid-19, Divine Beauty has been working harder to make sure your items are sanitized, cleansed and packaged carefully to lower the spread. All orders are shipped once a week on Monday to lower the traffic at the post office. You will a receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Return policy:   If you order and received a product from Divine Beauty Crystal Shop and are not fully satisfied with your product(s) contact us IMMINENTLY with the order information, product you are not satisfied, and reason why or what happened. Wait 24 hours for a responds, I will respond to your email to work out a solution for you. If you are able to attach pictures please do! It will help your case so much more. 

You have 14 days after receiving your order has arrived to claim your refund. refunds will be issued once Divine Beauty has received the product. We do not cover shipping cost. Once our products are shipped from our location we are not responsible for any damages caused during transit. 

Repair Policy:   Once you have purchased an item from Divine Beauty Crystal Shop you have 365 days from your shipping order to get your handmade Divine Beauty jewelry remade for FREE if your crystals falls out of its wire wrapping, bracelet brakes and more. To redeem this promotion you must have email us with your your order info, crystal(s) and charms that were used in divine jewelry accessories. You may ship back your accessory to be remade and we will send you a second tracking number once your item was reshipped. We do not cover any shipping fees.

Where do the crystals come from? Who creates the handmade jewelry accessories and artwork?

I, Valentina, am the soul of Divine Beauty, nothing gets done without my approval or knowledge. All Handmade jewelry accessories are made by me. I create the designs in the moment and draw inspiration from everyday things while adding my own creative touch. All crystals are hand selected by me and ethically sourced and mined by the businesses I choose to purchase my stones from. 

Do you sell anywhere else?

At the moment we are only selling our Divine Beauty products on our online website. Divine Beauty also has a personal thrift shop store on Depop where I sell all things from my closet for low and affordable prices. The items uploaded are all in good quality, lightly worn. These items are on sale 24/7 on a first come first serve basis.
