Where are you located?
Divine Beauty is currently located Milwaukee, Wisconsin and ships nationwide.
When do you ship out products?
Orders made Monday-Thursday are packaged Thursday night and shipped Friday morning. Orders made Friday-Sunday are packaged Sunday night and shipped Monday morning. Unless an announcement was made on our homepage and social medias shipping schedules do not change.
Do you sell your products anywhere else?
No, I only sell Divine Beauty Crystal Shop products on our main website. It helps me keep track of our inventory easier to use one Ecommerce outlet. Stay up to date on all things divine by following us on instagram (@Divinebeautycrystalshop) In spring/summer of 2020 we do hope to extend our shop and sell in person.
If you are unsatisfied with your divine order and would like to return it, you may contact our email Divinebeautycrystalshop@gmail.com. Send us your name, order info, address and pictures of your products, you may choose between exchanging your products for the same item or one with the same price or refunded. If your items came damaged provide picture and video attached to your email to help with an exchange or refund.
Custom orders do not have a return policy. - stated before completing purchase.
All items returned and exchanged will need to be shipped back to Divine Beauty Crystal Shop before making a refund. Address will be provided to individuals requesting and completing returns and exchanged. Divine Beauty Crystal Shop will not pay for the shipping costs to returns and exchanges orders.
